i need to build a strong athletic body in 3 months for baseball?

im 14. i heve baseball try outs for freshman in 3 months.
im not fat at all. im just kind of athletic and fast.
but im starting to lift an run alot now. an i no wat im doing so dont give me any tips on working out. my dadsa strength an conditioning couch for double a baseball so he gave me all the instructions and stuff

so wat i want to no is if i train real real hard over the next 3 months how much stronger could you possibly get in that period of time

how fast can u get in that period of time if i train hard
plzzz help im very serious about this

Relax. You're only going to be a freshman.
You're better off working on batting/fielding drills rather than being super athletic.
Athleticism will build up over time as long as you stay healthy and keep working at it.
You can get plenty strong, but depending on how your body matures, you might not get as strong as you want. People develop at different rates.
