what are better low cut cleats or mid for football, ill be trying out for runningback?

i wanted to know what would be better low cut cleats for running back or mid.ill be entering high school next year and i was looking into getting those nike vapor jet 4.2.

Get low cut, they're lighter so running and cutting will be easier.
