Field Cleats

if i can run a 4.54 40m time in cleats on a field where would i stand with offical track timimg? ?

my time was done with a stop watch by my coach. and is my time fast?

well judging by your time and the fact that you did it in cleats it shows you've got some natural talent and leg speed. in track you would run the 55meter dash and you could probably do really well at it especially if you trained for it-you should give it a shot
