Girls Team

Steps i need to take to start a girls wrestling team?

I'm a girl wrestler and i have to wrestle boys, im not complaining about not being strong enough or whatever but lots of people dont approve of mixed wrestling. I wanted to know what i would need to do to get a girls team started at my highschool. Would every highschool in that district have to start a girls team too? I would just love to see more girls getting out there and wrestling. Thanks.

the only thing you can do is get girls to join the team your with now, I'm not trying to discourage you but there is nowhere near enough girls that wrestle to have segregated teams but if enough people did join it would happen in a second because wrestling with a girl sucks
