Do these parts work together?

All right. So now that I've chosen which system I am going with, I'd like to know if all of the components work together. For example. The motherboard says it supports memory of 1600(O.C)...What would that mean? Keep in mind I am quite new to this computer stuff.

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 955 3.2 GHz

GPU: MSI R5870 Lightning II 1GB
RAM: Corsair Dominator 4GB(2x2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Hard Drive: WD Caviar Black 500GB 7200RPM
CD/DVD Burner: LITE-ON CD/DVD Burner iHAS124-04
Power Supply: Corsair 750TX 750w
Case: NZXT Phantom or Antec Lanboy Air
I will also buy a Hyper 212+

Everything looks like it would work. You can also get a 6 core CPU like (AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition Thuban 3.2GHz Socket AM3 125W Six-Core Desktop Processor HDT90ZFBGRBOX or cheaper version)

4GB is lowest you should go. Your board has 4 slots so it would not cost too much to get 8gb total. Also you are not going to see a huge jump in speed from ram thats ddr3 1600 vs 1333.

But Everything you picked out will work fine.
