Phiten Arizona

What are the wristbands that many of the Arizona Diamondbacks wear? I am pretty sure it is not a phiten.?

The wristbands look black and have white lettering. Chris young and Upton wear them.

I think its just for good luck. Like what Chris Young does, he has a cross around his neck and kisses it. I am sure they use the wristbands for.
