Cant tune my ibanez sas 32 with floating tremolo ( sat pro 2) !!?

I recently picked up an ibanez sas32 which is an awesome guitar but i cant manage to keep it in tune!!! I accidentally dropped it in a face-plant a couple of weeks ago and the high e-string popped which i then replaced. But the tremolo seem to have been pushed back a little and isn't completely Parallel to the body, when i try to pull on the tremolo arm it is blocked almost immediately by the body than before the accident. Ive read in the manual that "you may have to adjust tremolo height along with string replacement" but i didn't know if i should adjust the " arm rotation torque" or the "tremolo arm height... Anyway, when i try to tune it the strings always gets de-tuned when i try to tune the others.
What should i do ?
Which adjustment should i take a shot at ?
I change the high e-string with a string of the same 0.09 inch gauge.
Its not a floyd rose or anything
The bridge is a bit unparralel to the body, only a little...
Its actually not floating, only non-locking...

If you replaced the string with one of a different gauge, the tension is different and the springs need to be balanced and the guitar set up again.

Edit: Thinking about it, Have you taken the back plate off to see if you popped one of the springs out when you dropped it? If not then it is the string tension.
