Can cable and direct tv carry a different amount of mlb games with the extra innings package?

i saw a commerical for dish network, saying the mlb package will carry over 80 out of market games a week.
On the other hand Brighthouse, which i subscribe to the package through, says in their ad that they will cover 40.
Can this be a misprint from B house. Don't they have to carry the same amount of games each. I live in Tampa, so the only games that shouldn't be on are the Rays.

You sure it was Dish Network and not Direct TV? I am a suscriber to Dish and sent them an e-mail last week asking about the MLB Extra Innings package. they replied saying they would not have it this year.
Brighthouse may not have a full agreement with MLB so that could be the reason for only 40 games.
