Rise Compression

1995 Chevy Lumina- How do I set the valve lash for these roller rockers?
(3100 -V6) And how do I rotate the engine to get this done? I'm used to the old solids in Chevy mouse motors, but these bother me, since I've never set up roller rockers and am not familiar with these V6's. One suggestion was to rotate the engine until the exhaust spring begins to rise from it's full compression, and vice versa. I'm not convinced that's the way to go, but am open to advice. Thanks in advance!
mate if your a mechanic then you would know how to bring the valves to rocking and which ones to adjust dosent matter if the engine is V6 or a V8 you still have to do is the bassic way.
And you put the filler guage on the valve end as always only this time you have roller and not a typical Old shoe looking rocker arm.... Gud luck.
