Therma Base

Therma base clothing? What does it do?

I was looking to get one of baseball's therma base shirt or the sweatshirt. I'm wondering what this actually is and if it really makes a difference. I've read about it online but still dont understand it so put it in simple terms me. Does is keep you warmer in the winter and such? Or is it for hot days to try to keep you cooler?

it keeps u warmer during the cold weather so it helps if ur a pitcher but it only helps for a few months so i would suggest getting under armor heat gear for the hot days

i have the heat gear and it really keeps me cool so therma base does keep u warm but it isnt really necisarry unless ur a pitcher that needs to keep ur arm warm during games
