what is the best diet for a bodybuilder on a cut?
I am cutting down fat and water weight for the first time after alwaysd bulking. I am 6'1'' 210 athletic, mesomorph-ectomorph. I am taking universal animal cuts and my normal 35 grams of protein every few hours. I want to retain as much muscle as possible while gaining definition. Should i cut down on late day carbs? Should i just lower my fat intake? Can i still drink beers on the weekends? Thanks
Get your carbs from veggies and a few whole grain carbs eg(whole wheat, brown rice, yams, oatmeal). Cut out all fruit and sugar. Don't eat any starchy carbs after 5:00 PM. Protein every 3 hours. Do cardio!!! First thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This is when your body has no glucose storage and your body will immediately begin burning fat, shoot for 40 to 60 minutes.
