Youth Finch

To Kill A Mockingbird Balloon Debate?
For an English oral assessment, I am supposed to be doing a balloon debate in the role of Scout Finch. This consists of a three-five minute speech saying why you should stay in the balloon then a one minute atttack on the other characters. The attack I can do, but for the speech I am struggling to get anything above 1-2 minutes, and struggling to get anything of good quality in the role of an eight year old, with quotes and dialect words inserted as well. I could play an older Scout but then I loose the youth and innocence argument - the best I have come up with. Can anybody help? ANy ideas are appreciated!
