Are youth large and extra small men sizes almost the same size?

Are youth large and extra small men sizes almost the same size?
If I fit good into an extra small mens would I fit good into a youth large or would it be too small? Thanks.

Well, they will both fit you probably, but a youth large usually has a different fit--it's shorter and you may have less neck room. I'd go for the extra small.
